Administrator / Service Administrator / Office Administrator required to join an engineering supplier based in Bodmin.
The successful Administrator / Service Administrator / Office Administrator will be responsible for scheduling and managing service engineers work load, processing orders, data and maintaining records using a SAP system. Full product training provided.
The Administrator / Service Administrator / Office Administrator will ideally have an administrative background with strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

- Process orders via phone and email.
- Prepare and manage service and remedial quotes.
- Send, track, and follow up on quotes to ensure timely responses.
- Manage work schedules for field staff.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Office-based in Bodmin
Administrator / Service Administrator / Office Administrator Requirements
- Experience as a Service Administrator, Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using a CRM system, SAP, or similar software.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an administrative role within an engineering or manufacturing environment advantageous.
- Must be able to commute to Bodmin daily.
