A Operations Manager is required to lead the growth and development of our clients Corpus Christi facility. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on operations leader to build and scale a service operation from the ground up, taking ownership of facility performance, team development and long-term growth.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing the facility as a leading local provider of valve testing, repair, modification, and turnaround support services.
This is not a traditional office-based management position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, working with technicians, solving problems, improving processes, developing customers, and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities for Operations Manager
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Corpus Christi facility.
- Lead the setup, organization, and continued growth of the shop.
- Identify equipment, tooling, and resource requirements needed to support growth.
- Build a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to employees.
- Partner closely with the Business Development Manager to grow the Corpus Christi market.
- Support customer relationships with refineries, industrial facilities, and energy companies.
- Help identify new opportunities and expand service offerings.
- Take ownership of facility performance and growth objectives.
- Support revenue growth initiatives and operational profitability.
- Coordinate the repair and modification of valves, actuators and related flow control components
Requirements for Operations Manager
- Experience managing operations within the industrial services, valve, rotating equipment, or related sectors.
- Previous experience managing a service facility, branch location, repair operation, or field services team.
- Strong understanding of valve testing, repair, modification, or maintenance services is preferred
- Must be based in Corpus Christi, and have established relationships on the Gulf Coast
Preferred Experience
Candidates with backgrounds such as Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, Shop Manager, Facility Manager, Valve Repair Manager, Field Services Manager will be highly considered.
Ideally, the above candidates will have technical experience with globe valves, check valves, ball valves, control valves, rotating equipment, actuators or related products and must be based in in Corpus Christi.
