Our client is recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join their expanding team in Hampshire.
As a Parts Sales Advisor, your role will be supporting customers, ensuring they receive the correct parts, and providing expert advice.
The successful Parts Sales Advisor will have excellent customer service skills and product knowledge.
Package:
- £13 p/h- £15 p/h DOE
- Working Hours 8 am- 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
- Summer Hours 7 am-6:30 pm with the occasional need to work Saturdays and additional hours for shows/ working days throughout the year (paid as overtime)

Role:
- Sales Order Processing/ Invoicing using Dealer Management System
- Organising part returns
- Management of goods in and out, receiving, checking, and putting away supplier deliveries, informing of shortages or damaged stock
- Assisting with rolling stock take
Requirements:
- Automotive knowledge
- Excellent customer communication skills/ telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and independently
- Flexible when needed
- Experience working with Ibcos Gold System advantageous
- Excellent time management
