Project Architect — Senior (Retail)
Location: New York, NY | Hybrid | Full-time
We are working with a leading design studio in Manhattan on their growing retail practice, delivering rollouts and flagship stores for well-known global brands.
What you’ll do

Lead technical production and coordination of retail projects, from flagship concept to rollout documentation

Manage consultant coordination, landlord requirements, and permit filings

Mentor intermediate staff and maintain production standards

Balance multiple projects with tight schedules and brand guidelines
What we’re looking for
-
7+ years’ architectural experience with at least 3 in retail environments

Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit proficiency preferred

Knowledge of DOB codes, compliance, and filing strategies

Ability to manage multiple concurrent retail programs with attention to detail
