Job Title: Project Architect

This is an outstanding opportunity for a project leading Architect with a passion for innovative Healthcare design to work with an established and highly regarded studio on some of the latest Healthcare projects cross the UK.

Office Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Duties
- Take charge of projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring smooth progression from conception to completion. This involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and technical abilities in architectural design, specific to Healthcare projects.
- Ensure that all designs are expertly detailed, complying with current UK building regulations and standards.
- Represent the practice in client-facing interactions, fostering positive relationships and understanding client needs. Collaborate effectively with clients to translate their vision into innovative architectural designs.
- Utilize your strong experience in healthcare architecture to develop innovative design solutions, leveraging tools including Revit.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, integrating various design disciplines to deliver holistic project solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits as needed to ensure construction activities align with design intent and quality standards.
Requirements
- ARB registered and Masters qualified Architect
- Proven experience in Healthcare / Hospital projects in the UK
- Expert user of Revit is a must
- Proficiency within AutoCad, SketchUp and Adobe Suite is beneficial
- Excellent technical and regulatory knowledge within Architectural design for the UK’s Healthcare sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are vital
- Confident running projects independently
- A high-quality portfolio of previous work
