Introduction:
A highly regarded architectural practice in Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead and deliver complex multi-family developments. The firm is known for producing technically rigorous projects and for its collaborative approach to design delivery.
This opportunity would be ideal for a Project Architect or Senior Technical Architect with a background in large-scale multi-family projects and confidence using both AutoCAD and Revit.

Duties:
-
Lead project delivery for new multi-family concrete structures (15+ stories)

Manage renovation and conversion projects from design through construction
-
Prepare and oversee full construction documents including interior fit-outs

Apply expertise in International Building Code, Fair Housing, and ADA adaptability

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and interior designers

Guide and mentor team members to ensure project objectives are achieved
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (minimum)

Licensed Architect

Strong technical background with large-scale multi-family and renovation/conversion experience

Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit
-
Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, and methods

Strong communicator with proven coordination experience across consultants
