Project Manager — Senior (Corporate / Workplace Interiors)

Location: New York, NY | Hybrid | Full-time
Salary Range: $110K–$140K

We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead major workplace interiors projects in New York. This is a leadership role within a thriving corporate interiors studio delivering landmark office spaces across the city.

What you’ll do

• Lead projects from concept through construction, managing budgets, contracts, and schedules

• Oversee consultant coordination, landlord requirements, and DOB compliance

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the studio in pitches and presentations

• Mentor and develop junior staff, setting standards across project teams

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years’ project management experience, with proven delivery of workplace or corporate interiors

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Deep knowledge of NYC DOB codes and filing strategies

• AutoCAD proficiency; Revit knowledge preferred

• Strong track record of managing project profitability
