Project Manager — Intermediate (Retail)
Location: New York, NY | Hybrid | Full-time
A growing Manhattan design studio is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to take ownership of multi-site retail projects. You’ll work with national and international clients delivering high-quality retail environments.
What you’ll do

Manage retail rollout projects from design through construction

Track schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination across multiple sites

Work closely with clients on brand standards and approvals

Support senior management in new business presentations and proposals
What we’re looking for
-
5–8 years’ architectural experience with strong retail exposure

Experience with fast-paced rollouts and multi-site programs

Knowledge of NYC DOB permitting and filing preferred

AutoCAD proficiency required; Revit a plus

Confident communicator with client-facing experience
