Architectural Project Manager

Are you an experienced Architect/Project Manager with a passion for sustainable design and large-scale renovation projects? A leading NYC architecture firm is looking for a skilled Architect/PM to join their team. This firm specializes in cutting-edge sustainability, adaptive reuse, and projects that focus on positive social impact. They are seeking someone with a strong track record in the renovation of existing buildings and a commitment to delivering projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage renovation projects, from interior updates to large-scale campus-wide renovations.

Work closely with clients, consultants, and the construction team to maintain design integrity throughout all phases of the project.

Oversee construction administration, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Coordinate the work of project teams, supervise site visits, and respond to submittals and RFIs.

Ensure compliance with sustainability and resilience standards, and leverage knowledge of local NYC codes and regulations.
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in architecture and project management, particularly in renovation and rehabilitation of existing buildings.

Proficiency in Revit and strong experience with construction documentation and administration.

Familiarity with NYC Building Codes, Zoning Resolution, and local regulatory agencies.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with experience managing teams.

A professional architectural degree from an accredited institution (US architectural registration preferred).

LEED or Passive House Certification is a plus.

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
