Project Manager

Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager required to join a leading national MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) contractor in New Albany, Ohio.

The successful Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager will oversee and manage a team of  established Project Managers, Project Engineers and subcontractors with the construction of a data center. 

The ideal Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager will have expereince in major construction development projects, hyperscale or data center projects.

Package:

• $130,000 - $150,000 salary

Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams from initiation through completion

• Facilitate strategic planning meetings with internal stakeholders and clients

• Take accountability for safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction

• Oversee and manage budgets across multiple concurrent projects

• Identify risks, allocate resources effectively, and drive profitability

• Mentor junior project engineers and managers, supporting onboarding and development

• Communicate training needs and succession planning insights to leadership

• Travel occasionally as project demands require

Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager Requirements:

• 5–7 years of project engineering or project management experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline or related field

• Demonstrated success managing large, technically complex construction projects

• Strong financial acumen and budget management capability

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
