We’re working with a globally renowned Main Contractor who is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a Project Manager, you will be working on the construction of a Data Centre build.
This person will be leading the full project life cycle in a Data Centre construction for one of the largest main contractors in the space. With a specific focus on shell core & fit out.

- Working for a leading Main Contractor within the construction space.
- Working closely with the Project Director, with the autonomy to lead a 50 on-site team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- End-to-end project delivery in a data centre
- Ensuring that the data centre is delivered on time, within budget and on scope
- Act as the primary point of contact between the developer, consultants, contractors, and utility providers
- On-site based
The Project Manager will have the following:
- A history of delivering large-scale construction projects, end-to-end
- Proven client-facing experience
- Mission-critical experience, specifically on a data centre, is preferred
