A Project Manager is required to join a construction business delivering projects across Dublin. This role offers an experienced construction professional the opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, coordinating teams, managing stakeholders and ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
The Project Manager role will suit a candidate with a strong construction background who is confident managing project activities from planning through to completion, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders.

The Project Manager Role:
- Manage construction projects from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate project activities, resources and stakeholders to maintain progress
- Monitor programme, quality and delivery standards
- Work with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
- Review project progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
- Support effective planning, risk management and project coordination
- Ensure project documentation and reporting requirements are maintained
Project Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector
- Strong understanding of construction project delivery processes
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors and project teams
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage project programmes, quality standards and delivery objectives
- Relevant construction, engineering or project management experience
