Commercial Lead Technician/Refrigeration Lead/Lead Technician is required to join a mechanical contracting and supermarket refrigeration company across Florida.
Commercial Lead Technician/Refrigeration Lead/Lead Technician will lead service and maintenance of complex refrigeration systems for supermarkets, warehouses, and commercial facilities.
An ideal Commercial Lead Technician/Refrigeration Lead/Lead Technician will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven record in managing service projects, mentoring technicians, and delivering quality work on time.
Package & Location:
- $70,000 – $100,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Commercial Refrigeration (Lead) Service Technician responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor service technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases, and RTUs.
- Perform and manage preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across customer sites.
- Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members to ensure quality service delivery.
Commercial Refrigeration (Lead) Service Technician requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience (refrigeration strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of experience may qualify for the Lead Service Technician role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and mentor others.
- EPA Universal Certification required (Type II or Universal).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
