The successful Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for the development of new business and management of direct accounts within the defined territory/markets.

Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by managing and developing both current and new business relationships, including direct customers, integrators, or end users.

Utilize opportunity tracking systems to forecast and manage pipelines, providing accurate forecasts for assigned customers.

Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows to foster relationships, seek new opportunities, and stay informed about market trends.

Develop technical expertise in existing products and technologies to provide customer training and demonstrations, while also providing feedback to improve products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to handle customer requests effectively and assist in order forecasting.

Identify, investigate, and develop emerging opportunities for OxTS technology, including exploring new markets and implementing sales growth plans.

Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with current direct accounts, developing strategic plans for territory management and revenue growth, while also identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges through proper product positioning and support.

Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer Requirements

Experience in a similar technical position such as Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer

Engineering degree such as; Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineer / Systems Engineer or similar

Experience within automotive testing and development and/or GNSS inertial navigation is desirable

Experienced in dealing with international markets.

Commutable to Michigan
