Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 plus an uncapped commission structure

A leading manufacturer of laser marking systems and industrial machinery is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Phoenix to drive sales growth across the Western US region.
Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in the Western US region for laser marking systems and industrial machinery used for marking, engraving, cutting and welding by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with key accounts.
- Develop strong technical knowledge of our laser marking systems, and effectively communicate their applications, capabilities, and value to customers across different industries.
- Monitor competitor activity and analyse market trends within the laser marking and industrial automation sector to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Execute regional sales plans, manage budgets, and provide regular market, pipeline, and sales performance updates to leadership.
Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales, applications, or technical customer-facing role, ideally working with laser marking systems, laser technology, or related industrial machinery.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored laser marking solutions, taking into account marking requirements, materials, production volumes, traceability, automation, and integration.
- Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships within manufacturing, industrial automation, metalworking, automotive, aerospace, medical, or other precision manufacturing industries.
- Located within 1 hour from Phoenix, Arizona and willingness to travel to customers in the Western US region.
