Location: Remote (Detroit, MI – covering MI, Northern IN, Northern OH) – Great Lakes Region

Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and qualify leads through research, referrals, and digital prospecting.
- Cold call and engage new accounts, focusing on fire sprinkler contractors.
- Build partnerships with engineering firms and large-portfolio end users.
Account Growth & Relationship Management
- Expand and strengthen existing accounts within the fire protection sector.
- Educate and train contractor service teams on corrosion management solutions.
- Ensure new construction sales teams understand product and service differentiators.
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Manage opportunities in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking.
- Deliver against established KPIs for lead conversion, revenue, and account expansion.
Industry Engagement
- Represent the business at relevant trade associations and industry events.
- Stay informed on customer needs, market shifts, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or business development
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including group presentations.
- Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability.
- Moderate technical aptitude with willingness to learn
