Sales Engineer/ Sales representative / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager role:
- Manage and grow a territory focused on cutting tools and CNC machining solutions.
- Build strong relationships with machine shops, manufacturers, and industrial end users.
- Act as both a technical applications specialist and sales account manager.
- Demonstrate solutions at the spindle and provide hands-on technical credibility.
- Develop new business while supporting and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with distributors and internal specialists to deliver customer value.
Sales Engineer/ Sales representative / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Strong technical machining or CNC background (hands-on shop experience highly valued).
- Sales experience preferred, but candidates with the right aptitude to transition into sales will be considered.
- Ability to build credibility with machinists and customers by providing practical technical support.
- Strong communication skills with the drive to develop long-term client relationships.
- Based in West Texas – ideally Lubbock – to effectively cover the territory.
