Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager /  Business Development Manager required to join a leading UK Engineering provider.

The successful Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager /  Business Development Manager will work fully remote, covering the UK, managing and developing key accounts, plus new business development for Industrial filtration systems such as, mobile / static extractors & arms, extraction benches, industrial fans, dust & fume extraction, and associated filtration systems. Full product training provided.  

 

The successful Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager /  Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling, servicing, or managing accounts within Industrial filtration, extraction, separation, ventilation, or similar filtration products or services. 

 

 Package

  • £45,000 - £55,000

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager /  Business Development Manager Role

  • Manage and develop key accounts, plus new business development for Industrial filtration systems such as, mobile / static extractors & arms, extraction benches, industrial fans, dust & fume extraction, and associated filtration systems. Full product training provided.  
  • Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development, for industrial filtration/separation, dust and fume extraction, and similar filtration products.
  • Maintaining new filtration and extraction sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
  • Promoting LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) and filtration into various industries.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.
  • Remote working, with occasional visits to the office in the Midlands.

 

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager /  Business Development Manager Requirements

  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar, within filtration.
  • Experience selling, servicing, or managing accounts within Industrial filtration, extraction, separation, ventilation, or similar filtration products or services. 

  • A Filtration Service Engineer looking to come off the tools and progress into a sales role would also be of interest.
  • A P601, P602, P603, or P604 would be advantageous. 
  • A technical engineering qualification, an apprentice trained, or a degree would be a plus.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional visits to the office in the Midlands.
