Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer required to join a global Compressed Air manufacturer.

 

The successful Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will be fully remote, based in either Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary or Slovenia,  while actively expanding the brand's presence, managing key accounts plus developing new business opportunities for compressed air systems and solutions across Central Europe. 

 

The Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will ideally have compressed air sales experience with a desire to progress within a global brand. Full product training provided.

Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Role

 

  • Own the compressed air market in Europe, primarily covering Central Europe, promoting our full portfolio of compressed air compressors, dryers, blowers, and related systems.
  • Build strong compressed air partnerships with distributors, End Users or OEM's to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed compressed air sales targets, driving measurable revenue growth across your territory.
  • Provide hands-on compressed air training and guidance to dealer and partner teams, boosting technical knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, technical, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of compressed air projects and exceptional partner satisfaction.

 

Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements

 

  • Proven compressed air sales experience, in compressors, vacuum systems, gas systems or other industrial compressed air markets.
  • Strong technical insight in compressed air, with mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering knowledge to engage confidently with decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and expand compressed air OEM & End User networks.
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate about compressed air solutions in German; other languages are a benefit. 
  • Self-motivated, independent, and energised by travel, with the ability to work remotely while growing the compressed air business across Central Europe.
  • EU passport or similar required for European travel on a regular basis.
