Sales Office Manager / Office Manager / Sales Operations Lead / Sales Operations Manager / Sales Team Leader required to join an engineering distributor in Warwick.
The Sales Office Manager / Sales Operations Team Leader will be overseeing a team of 5 and will ideally have exposure of the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment, preferably within engineering, manufacturing or technical products.

35K - 40K + (Commission/bonus TBC)

Role
Leading a team of 5, including Sales Administrator, Purchasing Administrator, Warehouse Operative, Product Specialist and Delivery driver
Create a healthy work environment and support colleagues with training
Supporting the smoot running of the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment
Liaising with international suppliers and freight forwarders
Ensure the team is fully motivated at the same time as carrying out your own daily duties by assisting customers, producing quotations, processing orders, prospecting and following up all live quotes
Coordinate the warehouse and purchasing team to monitor inventory replenishment
Provide great customer service when answering enquiries, processing orders and dealing with complaints
Key account management
Identification of operational improvements
Office based in Warwick
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Office Manager / Office Manager / Sales Operations Lead / Sales Operations Manager / Sales Team Leader or similar
Experience within Sales Operations, logistics, warehousing or customer support
Knowledge of the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment
Ideally some exposure working for an engineering business, manufacturer or supplier of technical products
Experience leading a team
Must be commutable Warwick
