
Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Required to join a leading provider of custom metal fabrication and engineering services across North America.
The successful Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across North America. This role will focus on selling metal fabrication and process equipment solutions including structural steel, custom skids, pipe racks, process modules, pressure vessels, separators, treaters, heat exchangers, flare stacks, and other industrial fabrications used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and heavy industry.
The ideal Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager will bring experience selling technical or service-based solutions, ideally within metal fabrication, structural steel, process equipment, or engineered industrial services. Full product and service training will be provided.

Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Role
-
Travel-heavy role, requiring up to 80%+ travel across North America.

Responsible for account management with key industrial customers while actively developing new business opportunities.

Selling fabrication and process equipment services such as:
-
Structural steel projects (frames, pipe racks, modules)

Custom skids and modular builds
-
Pipe spools, handrails, ladders, and reels
-
Process equipment (separators, treaters, heat exchangers, flare stacks, pressure vessels)

Industrial welding and specialty fabrication projects

Liaising with plant managers, contractors, engineers, and procurement teams to scope fabrication projects and deliver tailored solutions.

Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Partnering with internal fabrication and engineering teams to ensure quality and on-time project delivery.

Maintaining customer activity and pipeline progress in CRM tools.

Building long-term relationships with clients across oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, and heavy manufacturing sectors.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales roles such as Service Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales Representative.

Strong background in selling metal fabrication services, fabricated equipment, or process equipment solutions.

Experience with structural steel, modular fabrication, or custom industrial builds is highly advantageous.

Knowledge of oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Degree preferred but not essential; technical/mechanical aptitude highly valued.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.

Flexibility to travel extensively across North America.
