Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Required to join a leading provider of industrial blasting and coating services across North America.
The successful Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across North America. This role will focus on selling blasting and coating services to clients in oil & gas, petrochemical, construction, power generation, and heavy manufacturing industries.
The ideal Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager will bring experience selling technical or service-based solutions, ideally within industrial coatings, blasting, fabrication, or engineered industrial services. Full product and service training will be provided.

Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Role
-
Travel-heavy role, requiring up to 80%+ travel across North America.

Responsible for account management with key industrial customers while actively developing new business opportunities.

Selling services such as:
-
Blasting – silica/non-silica sand, copper slag, glass bead, and other media.

Coating – epoxy, enamel, urethane, coal tar, high-heat, zinc, and specialty protective systems.

Multi-coat applications and surface preparation projects.

Liaising with plant managers, contractors, and engineering teams to scope blasting and coating projects and deliver tailored solutions.

Partnering with internal QA/QC and NACE-certified inspectors to ensure quality and on-time project delivery.

Building long-term relationships with clients across oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, construction, and heavy manufacturing sectors.
Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Requirements

Proven experience in sales roles such as Service Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales Representative.

Strong background in selling industrial services such as coatings, blasting, or fabricated equipment solutions.

Experience with surface preparation, protective coatings, or modular industrial services is highly advantageous.

Knowledge of oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, construction, or heavy industrial sectors preferred.

Degree preferred but not essential, technical/mechanical aptitude highly valued.

Flexibility to travel extensively across North America.
