As part of continued growth, this award-winning architectural practice is looking to expand its technical delivery capacity with the appointment of a talented Senior Architect. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team working across high-profile commercial projects, with the chance to lead and deliver at the highest level.
This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Architect or Project Architect with a background in the commercial sector, proven experience in high-end office fit-outs, and confidence using Revit.

Hours: Full-time, standard office hours
Duties
-
Oversee project delivery from RIBA Stage 3 onwards

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the business

Develop technical solutions in line with the RIBA Plan of Work and the wider design team

Provide technical support and oversight across multiple projects

Manage and coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Lead and contribute to project meetings, reviews, and workshops

Ensure designs are fully compliant with UK Construction Law and British Standards
Requirements

ARB registered Architect

Strong technical skills with a focus on project delivery

Background in commercial sector projects, especially high-end office fit-outs

Confident leading projects independently while working collaboratively in a team environment

Track record of managing and delivering projects to successful completion

Proficient in Revit and experienced in common data environments
