This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Architect with strong experience across RIBA Stages 3 & 4, proven project delivery skills, and a background in complex, high-value schemes.
Package:

Hours: Full-time - 9:00 - 17:30
Duties:

Develop design proposals and oversee project delivery to the highest standard

Lead and contribute to projects through RIBA Stages 3 & 4

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression

Present confidently to clients, stakeholders, and internal review panels

Develop project programmes and manage design deliverables

Review and contribute to detailed specifications and technical documentation
Requirements:

Fully qualified Architect (ARB registered)

Strong experience in high-value projects

Excellent design and technical skills with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction materials, and detailing

Strong verbal, visual, and sketch communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic project team
