Location: Clerkenwell, London

Salary: £48,000 – £58,000

An award-winning architectural studio in the heart of London’s design district is seeking highly motivated and talented Senior Architects to join their growing team. Known for delivering complex, design-led projects across multiple sectors, they offer the chance to work on schemes ranging from £10m to £200m in value. This is an opportunity to become a key member of a collaborative, creative environment where design excellence and technical precision go hand in hand.

This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Architect with strong experience across RIBA Stages 3 & 4, proven project delivery skills, and a background in complex, high-value schemes.

 

Package:

✓ £45,000 – £58,000 dependent on experience

Office: Clerkenwell, London 
Hours: Full-time - 9:00 - 17:30

 

Duties:

  • Develop design proposals and oversee project delivery to the highest standard

  • Lead and contribute to projects through RIBA Stages 3 & 4

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression

  • Present confidently to clients, stakeholders, and internal review panels

  • Develop project programmes and manage design deliverables

  • Review and contribute to detailed specifications and technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Architect (ARB registered)

  • Strong experience in high-value projects 

  • Excellent design and technical skills with strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction materials, and detailing

  • Strong verbal, visual, and sketch communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic project team

  • Ambition to contribute to the growth and success of the studio
