Introduction:

An established, mission-driven architecture practice in New York City is seeking a Senior Architect to take a leading role on major transit, transportation, and social infrastructure projects. The studio is known for shaping impactful public environments and offers a collaborative setting in the heart of New York City, with the chance to influence large-scale civic work.

This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Architect with strong experience leading complex transportation or community-focused infrastructure projects and confidence managing multi-disciplinary teams and Revit-led workflows.

 

Package:

Duties:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary design teams across large urban and public infrastructure projects

  • Oversee technical development and coordination of project deliverables

  • Guide client communication throughout all phases of the project

  • Present design solutions and technical content in virtual and in-person settings

  • Manage Revit workflows and team output

  • Coordinate across disciplines, agencies, and project stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • NYS Architectural Registration

  • Strong design capability with experience in public, civic, or transportation-led projects

  • Ability to work independently while reporting to the project Principal

  • Confidence presenting to clients, agencies, and internal teams

  • Background working with City, State, or Federal agency projects preferred

  • Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Projects
