With an extensive history of delivering award-winning Residential led schemes, our client are going through a huge period of growth and an influx of new work in the Residential sector. Duties:

• Utilize strong experience in producing accurate technical drawings and documents for residential projects while adhering to the latest legislation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards
• Act as a pivotal point of contact between clients, external stakeholders, and our team to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to streamline design processes and enhance project outcomes for residential developments
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and skills
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of workflows and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in delivering upon projects

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified in Architecture or similar field (or equivalent qualification)
• Expert user of Revit and AutoCad is a must
• Familiarity with building regulations and standards applicable to large scale Residential developments
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical documentation within the residential sector
• A high- quality portfolio of previous work
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
