    An experienced and talented Interior Designer is required to join one of the UK’s leading Interior Design studios in their office in West London. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established team who are working on some of the latest, large-scale luxury projects in the Middle East. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Interior Designer looking to join a studio who value people, offer great flexibility, champion a creative environment and will allow you to excel whilst working on some of the highest luxury projects in the Middle East including Hospitality, Residential, F&B and Commercial projects.

 

Package

  • £40 - 50,000 p/annum (commensurate with experience)

Role

This position would be ideal for a Senior Interior Designer with roughly 7+ years of industry experience. You will be working in a creative team of other designers, sometimes required to lead mid-weight and junior designers, to develop the creative vision for the current luxury Hospitality projects. You must be able to collaborate as part of a wider team on large-scale projects and will be involved in, developing materiality with the FF&E team, preparing drawings, 3D models, sketches materials & mood boards, and FF&E Documentation to a high standard as well as contributing to internal team meetings and creative reviews. Proven experience in a creative design role is essential and you should have a strong preference for creative, / conceptual and early design phases of large-scale projects. You must be a strong user of AutoCad, SketchUp and Adobe suite and any experience of using Revit is hugely beneficial. A strong communication ability is essential as you will be liaising with several teams internally as well as clients and external stakeholders.

 

Requirements

  • Degree Qualified in Interior Design – or a similar field
  • A minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience working within teams in a collaborative environment
  • Experience of large luxury Hospitality or Residential is required
  • Fully proficient user of AutoCad, Adobe Suite and SketchUp is essential
  • Any exposure to Revit is beneficial
  • Confident Creative / Design focussed specialist
  • A high-quality portfolio of previous work
  • Excellent communication skills are essential (written and verbal)
