Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £50,000 p/annum (Commensurate with experience)

Office Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Duties:
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects in a client-facing capacity, ensuring deliverables meet commercial objectives.
- Utilize your strong background in landscape architecture to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the design process.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that address client needs and project requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and analysis to inform design decisions and project feasibility.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (or related field)
- Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) is essential
- Strong experience in landscape architecture, particularly in commercial settings
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with prestigious clients and stakeholders in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in relevant design software; Revit (not essential), AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
