Job Title:  Senior Landscape Architect

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £50,000 p/annum (Commensurate with experience)

 

An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join one of the UK’s leading Landscape Architects in their studios in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career whilst having a significant impact in your role, utilising your expertise whilst working on some of the largest commercial projects in the UK. Package:

  • Up to £50,000 p/annum (commensurate with experience)

Office Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm

 

Duties:

  • Lead and manage landscape architecture projects in a client-facing capacity, ensuring deliverables meet commercial objectives.
  • Utilize your strong background in landscape architecture to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the design process.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that address client needs and project requirements.
  • Conduct site assessments and analysis to inform design decisions and project feasibility.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (or related field)
  • Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) is essential
  • Strong experience in landscape architecture, particularly in commercial settings
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with prestigious clients and stakeholders in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software; Revit (not essential), AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
