Service Engineer / CNC Engineer / Field Service Engineer required for a global manufacturer of CNC machines.
The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Field Service Engineer will work remotely and be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing and maintaining CNC machinery across the UK and provide training and support to customers on company CAD/CAM software, full CAD/CAM training provided.
The successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Field Service Engineer will be based in the Midlands region and ideally have a background in electrical or mechanical engineering with prior experience servicing CNC machinery or capital equipment.

Service Engineer role:
- Working remotely, install, service, repair and maintain CNC machinery across the UK and provide training and support to customers on CAD/CAM software, full CAD/CAM training provided.
- Attend to both electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding on CNC machinery and equipment.
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner when meeting with customers across the UK.
- Remote role covering the UK.
Service Engineer requirements:
- Prior experience servicing CNC machines, CNC machinery, machine tools or capital equipment.
- A qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering – HND, HNC, Apprenticeship or Degree is desirable but not a requirement.
- Prior experience using CAD/CAM software is advantageous.
- Located in the Midlands region.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
