
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Heating Engineer to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Heating Engineer is required to conduct diagnostics, service and warranty repair tasks on HVAC products predominantly heating, heat pumps, controllers, ventilation, hot water equipment.
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Heating Engineer will have domestic scale service experience within the plumbing and/or heating sector, ideally working with heat pumps. Possession of F-Gas certification would be advantageous.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Heating Engineer Role
- To conduct diagnostics, service and warranty repair tasks on HVAC products predominantly heating, heat pumps, controllers, ventilation, hot water equipment.
- Perform emergency breakdown, fault finding and repairs on various heat pumps, hot water equipment
- Update service documentation, complete reports accurately
- Liaise with customers and various internal teams to deliver technical support, respond to inquiries, and provide advice on system operation and maintenance
- This is a field-based role covering homes across West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Kent and London
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Heating Engineer Requirements
- Experience working with heat pumps
- Plumbing and heating experience is essential
- F-gas qualification would be advantageous
- Mechanical and/or Building Services Engineering higher level qualifications are advantageous
- This is a field-based role covering homes across West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Kent and London
