Service Manager / Technical Services Manager / Service Operations Manager is required to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.

Service Manager / Technical Services Manager / Service Operations Manager will lead and manage a team of service engineers and admin staff, coordinate schedules, planned maintenance, emergency call-outs, along with ensuring EHS protocols are met within HVAC service space predominantly on Air Handling Units (AHUs) and ventilation equipment.

Service Manager / Technical Services Manager / Service Operations Manager required to have service management experience within Air Handling Units or wider ventilation throughout the Building Services sector.

Service Manager / Technical Services Manager / Service Operations Manager Role

  • Responsible for leading and managing a team of service engineers and admin staff
  • Coordinate schedules, planned maintenance, emergency call-outs, along with ensuring EHS protocols are met within HVAC service space predominantly on Air Handling Units (AHUs) and ventilation equipment.
  • Manage internal workflows, documentation and reporting systems
  • Conduct team meetings, performance reviews and training initiatives
  • Able to commute to the office in Birmingham

Service Manager / Technical Services Manager / Service Operations Manager Requirements

  • Experience as a Service Manager, Service Operations Manager,  Field Service Manager, Engineering Manager, Service Leader, Service Support Manager, Service Centre Manager, Operations Support Manager, Technical Service Manager or similar within Air Handling Units or wider ventilation throughout the Building Services sector.
  • Experience managing Field Service Engineers and / or managing operations within engineering
  • Experience in service management within engineering and a deep understanding of engineering principles and service operations to lead the service department
  • Familiarity with M&E Building Services, facilities management, Air Handling Units or wider ventilation sectors
  • Able to commute to the office in Birmingham
