Sales and Operations Controller/ Supply Chain Controller/ Supply Chain Analyst is required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer.
 
The successful Sales and Operations Controller/Supply Chain Controller/Supply Chain Analyst will be based near Kidderminster, focusing on balancing demand and supply through accurate forecasting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within the HVAC sector.
 
The Sales and Operations Controller/ Supply Chain Controller/ Supply Chain Analyst will have forecasting and data analytics experience using Microsoft within an engineering environment, ideally in HVAC manufacturing or similar. Full product training provided.
 
Package:
  • £36,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday 8 till 5
  • 25 days holiday increasing with length of service
  • Pension and private health care
 
Sales and Operations Controller/ Supply Chain Controller/ Supply Chain Analyst role:
 
  • Collect and combine demand data from all product categories to create both short-term and medium-term forecasts
  • Prepare and update the weekly sales outlook using internal sales data and HVAC customer feedback.
  • Keeping up to date with the HVAC legislations ensuring this is reflected in the forecast
  • Liaise with different departments, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations, and identify trends within the HVAC sector and suggest improvements.
  • Working within the HVAC Sector dealing with boilers, heat pumps and associated products
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurate and match demand forecast.
  • Fully onsite based in Kidderminster
 
Sales and Operations Controller/ Supply Chain Controller/ Supply Chain Analyst requirements:
 
  • Previous experience as a Sales and Operations Controller, Supply Chain Controller, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar
  • Previous experience within Boilers, heat pumps, HVAC, or similar mechanical/engineering environments.
  • Strong background in data analytics
  • Proven experience with Microsoft or similar SAP.
  • Willingness to learn and progress with a global engineering manufacturer.
  • Be able to commute to Kidderminster
