Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required to join an innovative manufacturer of compressors, medical gas and industrial air systems in the Southeast.
This company is a leader in medical and industrial air systems, specialising in compressors, medical gas systems, and vacuum solutions. The company continues to expand into sectors like healthcare, laboratories, food & beverage, and industrial markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with expertise in compressors and air systems to drive growth, build partnerships, and lead sales initiatives across the Southeast.
Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Compensation:
• Base salary circa $90,000 to $130,000 annually DOE + Commissions
• Health benefits and 401k
• Remote with travel across the Southeast territory
Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across new and existing industry segments.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing customer and channel partnerships.
• Lead technical discussions with major customers, engineering firms, and key accounts.
• Benchmark against competitors to refine sales strategies and maintain market leadership.
• Oversee distributor relationships and ensure growth through partner collaboration.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business growth objectives.
Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager in the medical gas, compressors, compressed air systems, or industrial equipment industries.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on compressed air, medical gas systems, or vacuum solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical clients.
• Flexibility to travel across the Southeast territory as required.
