Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer required to join a leading provider of pumping solutions.

The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will be responsible for the development of new business opportunities and managing key accounts across the UK, focusing on pumps and fluid handling systems. The role will require the successful candidate to promote the company's full range of pumps, including centrifugal, submersible, and diesel-driven pumps for industrial, municipal, and construction applications.

The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will ideally have experience in pump sales, fluid handling, or related sectors such as water treatment, mining, and construction. Full product and technical training will be provided.

Package:

  • £50,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)

Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Role:

  • Develop new business opportunities across the UK for pumps and fluid handling systems.
  • Promote products including centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, and diesel-driven pumps.
  • Target customers across industrial, municipal, construction, and wastewater sectors.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities to expand product usage.
  • Work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Working remotely, with regular customer visits across the UK and Ireland.

Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Account Manager, or similar within pump systems or fluid handling.
  • Strong knowledge of pumps (centrifugal, submersible) and fluid systems.
  • Experience in managing OEM clients and end-user customers within industrial, construction, and municipal sectors.
  • Excellent new business development skills with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams and provide support for technical aspects of projects.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
