Vice President of Sales - Power Generation & Oil & Gas
The Vice President of Sales will join a well-established industrial technology and service organization with a strong presence across the Oil & Gas and Power Generation sectors. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping the company’s commercial strategy, leading sales operations across North America, and driving growth into new commercial and industrial markets.
Reporting directly to the executive team, the VP of Sales will oversee a high-performing sales organization, develop new business channels, and ensure strategic alignment between operations, business development, and customer success.

Package & Location
Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 base
Bonus: 40% Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) target
Flexible location (preferred within major energy markets – e.g., Texas, Gulf Coast, or Midwest)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the national sales organization across Oil & Gas and Power Generation divisions.
- Expand the company’s footprint into Commercial and Industrial sectors, identifying new growth opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with broader business goals.
- Oversee business development, key account management, and sales operations performance.
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and optimize commercial structure, pricing, and market positioning.
- Drive collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations to enhance customer experience and brand impact.
- Develop a performance-driven culture built on accountability, innovation, and strategic growth.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in technical sales leadership, ideally within Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Equipment sectors.
- Proven success leading multi-regional sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of energy, power systems, or related engineered solutions markets.
- Track record of expanding business into adjacent or emerging market sectors.
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership approach.
