Location:            Southwark, Central London

Salary:               £38,000 – £45,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a recently qualified Architect or experienced Architect / Project Architect with proven experience in residential or mixed-use projects and who is confident using Revit on live UK projects.

 

Package:

Office: Southwark, Central London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (hybrid flexibility available)

 

Duties:

  • Work as part of a project team delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use projects in Revit
  • Prepare detailed and coordinated technical drawing packages through RIBA Stages 3–5
  • Contribute to concept and planning submissions, including presentation material and design reports
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout delivery
  • Assist with BIM coordination and uphold studio Revit standards across live projects
  • Support senior team members with project management, specification writing and construction detailing

 

Requirements:

  • ARB registered and Masters Qualified as an Architect
  • Minimum 1–2 years post-qualification experience
  • Proficient in Revit (essential)
  • Experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects in the UK
  • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with genuine enthusiasm for high-quality, sustainable design
