Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a recently qualified Architect or experienced Architect / Project Architect with proven experience in residential or mixed-use projects and who is confident using Revit on live UK projects.

Office: Southwark, Central London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (hybrid flexibility available)
Duties:
- Work as part of a project team delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use projects in Revit
- Prepare detailed and coordinated technical drawing packages through RIBA Stages 3–5
- Contribute to concept and planning submissions, including presentation material and design reports
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout delivery
- Assist with BIM coordination and uphold studio Revit standards across live projects
- Support senior team members with project management, specification writing and construction detailing
Requirements:
- ARB registered and Masters Qualified as an Architect
- Minimum 1–2 years post-qualification experience
- Proficient in Revit (essential)
- Experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects in the UK
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with genuine enthusiasm for high-quality, sustainable design
