Architectural Technologist

Location:             Leeds
Salary:                  £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist or Senior Technologist with proven experience in the commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors and who is confident using Revit and AutoCAD to deliver high-quality technical information.

Office:  Leeds City Centre

Hours:   Full-time, Monday to Friday (with hybrid working 3 days in 2 days working from home)

 

Duties:

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and standards
  • Contribute to BIM workflows and model management using Revit
  • Assist with planning, tender, and construction documentation

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum three years’ experience in an architectural practice
  • CIAT accreditation would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad
  • Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and awareness of the Building Safety Act
  • Confident in liaising with external consultants and coordinating design information
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for teamwork and design quality
