An Assistant Project Manager / Junior Project Manager / Associate Project Manager is required to join an industry leader within mission-critical and hyperscale environments in Reno, NV.

 

The Assistant Project Manager / Junior Project Manager / Associate Project Manager will come from a strong Building Automation (BAS/DDC) background, with proven experience leading functional testing and commissioning phases on complex projects, ideally within data center or critical facility environments.

 

Package:

$70,000 - $95,000 (Dependent on experience)

Assistant Project Manager / Junior Project Manager / Associate Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones.
  • Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Assist with labor planning, procurement coordination, and subcontractor management.
  • Maintain and organize project records, files, and reports.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, field personnel, and key stakeholders.
  • Help prepare project status reports, financial tracking data, and deliverables.
  • Assist with coordination of field activities and jobsites as needed.
  • Help with quality control, compliance tracking, and safety documentation.
  • Work with building automation systems such as Niagara, Tridium, or similar platforms to ensure smooth integration and functionality during project execution.

Assistant Project Manager / Junior Project Manager / Associate Project Manager Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Experience with building automation systems such as Niagara, Tridium, or similar technologies is a must.
  • Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with building automation systems, controls terminology, and project lifecycle phases.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project tracking tools.
  • Preferably resides within 45 minutes of Reno, NV
