Automation Engineer / Process Engineer to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.
This Automation Engineer / Process Engineer will be responsible for integrating automation components onto new equipment designs, supporting HVAC unit builds, as well as assisting in taking systems through commissioning on HVAC humidity controls, energy-saving and indoor air quality products.
The Automation Engineer / Process Engineer should have an understanding/be coming from an HVAC industry focused position. The role would suit an engineer who has understanding across design, assembly support, commissioning and automation development. You will be based out of the manufacturing facility in New Castle, Delaware with some travel required.

Automation Engineer / Process Engineer Role –
- Design and develop automation solutions for HVAC equipment and process systems
- Support the integration of automation components into new and existing HVAC equipment designs
- Provide technical input during assembly, build and testing of units
- Supervise or support assembly activity where automation and controls input is needed
- Able to commute to the manufacturing facility in New Castle, Delaware with some travel required
Automation Engineer / Process Engineer Requirements –
- Experience as an Automation Engineer, Process Automation Engineer, Controls Engineer, HVAC Controls Engineer or similar
- Automation experience within HVAC, OEM equipment, building controls, industrial equipment or process systems
- Able to work across design, assembly support, testing and commissioning
- Experience working on specified automation/controls platform
- Able to commute to the manufacturing facility in New Castle, Delaware with some travel required
