Branch Manager / Operations Manager / Sales Manager required to join a leading renewables specalist, based in Newark.

 

The successful Branch Manager / Operations Manager / Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and leading a multidisciplinary team. The role will focus on driving team performance, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and delivering high-quality renewables products from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

The Ideal Branch Manager / Operations Manager / Sales Manager will have a strong background in Renewables, including Solar, Heat Pumps and MVHRs. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the branch and have full autonomy in it's sucsess. 

 

Package:

  • £45,000 to £50,000 base depending on experience OTE £60,000 to £65,000

Branch Manager / Operations Manager / Sales Manager: 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team
  • Oversee branch daily operations, ensuring job scheduling, parts availability, and smooth project delivery.
  • Attend client visits and assist with sales
  • Manage job progress and quotations.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to streamline operations and ensure product delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with H&S requirements through occasional site visits and customer interactions.
  • Site based in Newark. 

 

Branch Manager / Engineering Manager / Site Manager Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of management experience in a Renewables 
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable components including solar, heat pumps and MVHRs
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and the Flick system.
  • Experience in managing workshop operations, leading teams, and optimising branch performance.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement high-quality standards.
  • Mechanical engineering background with a strong focus on hydraulics.
  • Ability to commute to the Newark site 5 days a week.
