
National Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager required for a global manufacturer of precision tooling and workholding solutions.
The successful National Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across the US, developing and executing strategic business plans, and building strong customer relationships to expand market presence, with a focus on workholding solutions for CNC machining.
The National Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager will Ideally be based in Chicago, IL and have a background selling workholding solutions, CNC machine tools, CNC machines or other precision manufacturing solutions.

National Sales Manager role:
- Drive sales growth across the country, develop and execute strategic business plans, building strong customer relationships to expand market presence, with a focus on workholding solutions for CNC machining.
- Oversee an entire sales pipeline from lead generation through closing.
- Manage and support a team of Sales Representatives, providing coaching, direction, and performance management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and solutions.
- Hybrid role in Chicago, IL with national travel to clients.
National Sales Manager requirements:
- Prior experience selling workholding solutions for CNC machining or prior experience selling CNC, machine tools, CNC machines, or similar precision manufacturing solutions is advantageous.
- Willingness to work both onsite in Chicago, IL and travel to meet clients nationally when required.
- Prior experience as a Business Development Manager, National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or similar sales role.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth in a precision engineering or precision manufacturing environment.
- Driver’s license.
