Control Room Operator – Combined Cycle

Up to $50 per hour.
We’re recruiting for a Control Room Operator / CRO / Plant Operator to join a combined cycle power plant in Maryland.
Joining an established and well respected business in the power generation industry, you will be tasked with the day to day operation of the combined cycle facility.
Responsibilities.
- Via the control room, operate and monitor the plant. (Turbines, BOP & Auxiliary Equipment)
- Fault find and troubleshoot plant when needed.
- Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow rates and emission.
- Work with maintenance to ensure the plant if running efficiently.
Requirements.
Successful applicants for the Control Room Operator / CRO / Plant Operator opportunity should have the following experience.
- 3 years experience with gas turbines.
- Experience operating a power plant via a DCS / SCADA system.
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern.
Desirable.
- Maryland Grade 1 Stationary Engineer License (Preferred but not essential)
