An Electrical Construction Manager is required for a large-scale electrical construction project in Berlin, Germany. This is a site-based role managing the electrical systems package, day-to-day operations, subcontractor performance, labour tracking, costs, quality, health and safety, and progress reporting.
The Electrical Construction Manager will suit an experienced electrical construction professional with a strong record of coordinating major installation projects, managing subcontractors, and delivering electrical packages safely, efficiently and to programme.

The Electrical Construction Manager / Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Package Manager Role:
- Manage the full electrical systems package on a large-scale construction project.
- Lead day-to-day site operations across the electrical package.
- Drive a focused quality, health, safety and environmental culture across the team.
- Manage package costs, including direct labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, equipment, variations and valuations.
- Coordinate subcontractor activity, manpower levels and progress against programme.
- Schedule and track material deliveries in line with the project schedule.
- Issue weekly progress reports covering delays, design constraints, third-party hold ups, site access issues and percentage completion.
- Maintain project records, including labour-hour reporting, goods receipting and a weekly photographic diary.
Electrical Construction Manager / Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Package Manager Requirements:
- Electrical trade qualification.
- Proven experience coordinating and managing large electrical installation projects.
- Experience as an Electrical Construction Manager, Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Package Manager, Electrical Supervisor or similar construction delivery role.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements on construction sites.
- Experience working on design-and-build projects.
- Good technical knowledge of electrical systems, with an understanding of mechanical systems.
- Experience dealing with industrial relations issues.
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and maintain strong attention to detail.
