A Regional Vice President, Operations / Regional VP of Operations is required to lead a multi-branch HVAC, plumbing and electrical services region, taking full ownership of financial performance, operational standards and General Manager development.

This is a senior leadership opportunity offering responsibility for a region generating over $100 million in annual revenue, with six to nine branches reporting into you. You'll have direct accountability for regional P&L, EBITDA, cash flow and organic growth, supported by established operational systems and central business functions.

The Regional Vice President, Operations will suit a commercially driven leader with a proven background in multi-site operations, business turnaround and developing high-performing management teams.

This is a field-focused position based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, requiring significant regional travel, including overnight stays and air travel.

The Regional Vice President, Operations / Regional VP of Operations Role:

• Take full ownership of regional P&L, revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, operating costs and cash flow across six to nine branches.

• Lead, coach and develop Branch General Managers, building strong leadership teams and succession plans.

• Drive operational performance across HVAC, plumbing and electrical service businesses, improving profitability, productivity and customer experience.

• Monitor branch KPIs, labor efficiency, technician productivity, inventory, pricing and accounts receivable to identify improvement opportunities.

• Lead operational turnarounds, implementing recovery plans to improve underperforming branches.

• Deliver organic revenue growth through improved sales conversion, service memberships, customer retention and new service opportunities.

• Support the integration of acquired businesses, introducing consistent operating standards and performance reporting.

• Work closely with executive leadership and central support teams to deliver regional forecasts, budgets and business objectives.

Regional Vice President, Operations / Regional VP of Operations Requirements:

• Minimum three years of direct multi-site P&L ownership at $75 million or above, or experience leading a large multi-unit business on a clear path to that scale.

• Proven experience managing five or more General Managers, branch leaders or multi-site operational leaders simultaneously.

• Strong financial understanding, including P&L management, EBITDA, cash flow, balance sheets, labor costs and working capital.

• Demonstrable experience improving underperforming branches, operational profitability and business performance.

• Proven ability to recruit, develop and manage senior operational leaders.

• Experience implementing consistent operational processes, performance metrics and accountability across multiple locations.

• Based in the region and comfortable spending the majority of the working week visiting branches, including overnight and air travel.
