An Electrical Project Manager is required to take ownership of the full electrical scope on large-scale data centre projects in Dublin. This is a delivery-focused role within a specialist data centre construction environment, offering the opportunity to work on complex, fast-paced mission-critical infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for leading electrical delivery from planning through to completion, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure safe, high-quality and programme-driven project execution.

The Electrical Project Manager Role:

  • Oversee all electrical installation activities across assigned projects
  • Coordinate electrical design, engineering and site delivery teams
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure alignment with programme, budget and quality standards
  • Lead weekly and daily planning to drive productivity and delivery performance
  • Monitor project milestones, risks and progress reporting
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and quality procedures
  • Manage labour, materials and resource allocation effectively
  • Chair coordination meetings with site and project stakeholders
  • Produce weekly reports including progress, risks, procurement and scheduling updates
  • Liaise closely with clients, consultants and internal project teams

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience managing large-scale electrical or M&E projects
  • Strong background in commercial construction such as data centres, offices, hotels or similar
  • Data centre project experience is highly desirable
  • Electrical or engineering qualification preferred
  • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting and delivery controls
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
