An Electrical Project Manager is required to take ownership of the full electrical scope on large-scale data centre projects in Dublin. This is a delivery-focused role within a specialist data centre construction environment, offering the opportunity to work on complex, fast-paced mission-critical infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for leading electrical delivery from planning through to completion, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure safe, high-quality and programme-driven project execution.

The Electrical Project Manager Role:
- Oversee all electrical installation activities across assigned projects
- Coordinate electrical design, engineering and site delivery teams
- Manage subcontractors and ensure alignment with programme, budget and quality standards
- Lead weekly and daily planning to drive productivity and delivery performance
- Monitor project milestones, risks and progress reporting
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and quality procedures
- Manage labour, materials and resource allocation effectively
- Chair coordination meetings with site and project stakeholders
- Produce weekly reports including progress, risks, procurement and scheduling updates
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants and internal project teams
Electrical Project Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing large-scale electrical or M&E projects
- Strong background in commercial construction such as data centres, offices, hotels or similar
- Data centre project experience is highly desirable
- Electrical or engineering qualification preferred
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting and delivery controls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
