Head of People / Head of HR / People Manager / Human Resources Manager required for a well funded SaaS that is growing rapidly. They have over 100 people in the UK and USA and now require a reshape of the Head of People function.
 
The Head of People / Head of HR / People Manager / Human Resources Manager will be a senior management team role offering a opportunity to build a people function team from the ground up.

Establishing the direction for the people team
Ensuring a continuous focus on the Employee Value Proposition is aligned with the companies values
Enabling the remote working policy to be efficient and productive as possible for the workforce.
Cultivating the company’s values and culture throughout all levels
Ensure the best experience and support is available to each employee throughout the duration
Define and implement an effective HR operation, ensuring company policies and procedures are legal and compliant with GDPR
Support and aid with the development of managers in the organisation
Source and manage the tech stack that the HR function will use
Ensure smooth and effective operation of the
 
Head of People / Head of HR / People Manager / Human Resources Manager Requirements
Experience in management, developing HR processes and overseeing the talent acquisition process.
5+ years experience in a senior people function with experience with rapidly growing tech companies
Degree qualified in a relevant subject e.g business management, marketing, HR or other
Experience in leading the people function of a business, using data and KPI led approach to performance management
Experience of recruiting talent remotely in the UK and other regions such as USA.
Usage and experience of managing HR technology platforms
Experience of implementing learning and employee development programs
Commutable to Leeds
