A HVAC Field Supervisor / HVAC Site Supervisor / HVAC Installation Supervisor is required to join a well-established commercial HVAC contractor in Miami, Florida. This role is suited to an experienced HVAC professional with a strong background in air conditioning, HVAC installation and commercial mechanical projects who excels at managing field teams, coordinating site activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing HVAC installation projects, supervising technicians and subcontractors, managing daily site operations and ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget and aligned with company standards.
Commercial HVAC experience is required, however candidates from any HVAC background with strong leadership experience, including installation, service or mechanical environments, will be considered.

Role:
- Supervise and manage HVAC technicians, installers and subcontractors across multiple active commercial HVAC projects
- Coordinate daily site activities, crew assignments and labour requirements to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and installation standards
- Oversee HVAC installation activities including air conditioning systems, ductwork, piping, DX systems and commercial HVAC equipment
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with company procedures
- Communicate project updates, challenges and progress with Project Managers and company leadership
- Identify and resolve site issues before they impact project timelines
- Monitor labour productivity, job progress and overall site performance
- Support, train and develop HVAC field teams to improve performance and quality
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HVAC Field Supervisor / HVAC Site Supervisor / HVAC Installation Supervisor / Site Manager / HVAC Foreman / HVAC Lead Technician / Mechanical Supervisor or similar
- Strong commercial HVAC or air conditioning background
- Experience supervising HVAC technicians, installers, subcontractors or field teams
- Knowledge of HVAC installation, including ductwork, piping, DX systems and mechanical equipment
- Ability to manage multiple jobs, crews and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to travel between local job sites
- Valid driver’s license required
