Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Rep required to join a leading HVAC Supplier.

Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for driving sales growth across a portfolio of HVAC dealer accounts, managing relationships with contractors, and developing new business opportunities.

An ideal Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales will be a professional who thrives in both relationship management and business development, positioning Johnstone as the preferred HVAC solutions provider for residential and light commercial dealers.

Package & Location:

  • $70,000 - $80,000 + uncapped performance-based commission

Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with company growth objectives
  • Manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory, achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets
  • Build and strengthen relationships with contractors through consultative selling
  • Identify and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand share-of-wallet with existing customers
  • Prepare and present reports on territory performance, business development, and growth forecasts

Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
