A Inside Sales Representative / Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer is required to join a manufacturer based in Oxford, Connecticut.

 

The successful Inside Sales Representative / Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer will ideally come from a manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, product industry with strong sales and customer-focused skills.

 

Package:

 

  • Base salary: $50,000

Inside Sales Representative / Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive inside sales activities across North American and global industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships across key verticals such as industrial, commercial, food & beverage, laboratory, retail, material testing, veterinary and health & fitness.
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM and analytics to optimise sales processes, reporting, and customer engagement.
  • Support distributors and partners with technical expertise on the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and outside sales to achieve growth targets.
  • Clearly communicate product specifications and provide solutions tailored to customer needs within the industrial, commercial, food & beverage, laboratory, retail, material testing, veterinary and health & fitness.

 

Inside Sales Representative / Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer Requirements:

 

  • Strong focus on customer service, with 2 to 5 years of proven success in inside sales, customer success, or outbound sales within an industrial setting.
  • Extroverted, energetic, and customer-facing personality with an outbound mindset and a track record of building long-term relationships.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, data analytics, and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with strong computer literacy.
  • Ideally be located in Connecticut, commutable to Oxford.
