Installation Project Manager / Lead Superintendent / Low Voltage Installation Supervisor is required to join an industry leader within the Critical Facilities / Enterprise-Hyperscale sector in New Albany, OH.
The Lead Superintendent / Low Voltage Installation Supervisor / Installation Project Manager will come from a background overseeing low voltage and automation installations within mission-critical environments, preferably data centers or hyperscale facilities.

Installation Project Manager / Lead Superintendent / Low Voltage Installation Supervisor Requirements:
- Oversee and coordinate all low-voltage installation activities in accordance with project drawings and schedule milestones
- Supervise subcontractors and installation crews (8+ team members), ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
- Support the Project Manager with task overflow, coordination, and site-based leadership
- Develop and implement installation plans covering mechanical, electrical, and technology scopes
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Manage and resolve installation, quality, and commissioning issues, including drafting and submitting RFIs
- Review shop drawings and verify the accuracy of as-built documentation
- Provide field installation requirement summaries and ensure proper system implementation
- Utilize BIM/VDC models for clash detection and coordination with trade partners
- Attend logistics meetings, quality walks, coordination meetings, BIM reviews, and scheduling sessions
- Maintain detailed documentation including L1/L2 checklists, system performance tracking, deficiencies, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes
- 40–70% on-site supervision depending on project needs
Installation Project Manager / Lead Superintendent / Low Voltage Installation Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR 6+ years of industry experience
- Minimum 6+ years of construction experience
- At least 4 years supervising crews of 8+ personnel
- Experience in low-voltage electrical installation and mechanical systems (preferred)
- Automation integration experience (highly desirable)
- Experience within Data Center / Critical Facility environments
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations
- Proficiency in Autodesk BIM products, Procore, Smartsheet, or similar PM software
- Comfortable working on active construction sites (ladders, lifts, uneven terrain, lifting up to 30 lbs)
- Resides within 45 minutes of New Albany, OH
